Constructed from durable cast aluminum, this inlet replaces the fragile OEM plastic pieceeliminating a known failure point in the intake system while delivering smoother, higher-volume airflow directly to the turbocharger.
The COBB inlet increases the inner diameter to 70mm (a 5mm gain over stock) and expands the outlet to match the 50mm compressor inlet, offering measurable airflow improvements. A captive O-ring groove ensures a perfect seal against the turbo’s machined compressor housing, while threaded ports accommodate factory-sized PCV and EVAP fittings (included).
Also included is a reinforced silicone BPV coupler, replacing the brittle OEM connection that often causes hidden boost leaks. For those looking to run sensors, flat mounting surfaces on both sides of the inlet allow easy addition of auxiliary temperature or pressure sensors.
